First of all, the login server was restarted, so try now to login. If you can't just follow the next steps :
- NEVER run lineage2.exe (it will update to official server and attempt to login on it) ... reinstall game if you done this.
- VISTA USERS MUST: right click on l2.exe> properties> compatibility> check "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP" ; also check the run as administrator.
- try deleting options.ini from system folder.
